Therapy Overview

Therapeutic Massage

This technique uses firm pressure and focuses on releasing deep layers of tissue with the intent of breaking up old structural imbalances caused by injury, compensation, exercise or poor posture.

Myofascial Release

Using no lotion, this technique stretches and rebalances the body from head to toe, skin to bone with the intent of releasing and unwinding lines of tension across the body.

Craniosacral

This technique uses gentle manipulations and pressure to assist, restore and balance the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the body for optimum health.

Visceral Manipulation

Why visceral manipulation? Organs deep in the body must slide and glide to maintain normal function. If they don’t, they become fixed to other internal structures causing compensation and ultimately leading to structural problems.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy promotes the body’s self correction thereby allowing the body to mount its own defenses and draw from its own reserves. This technique is a combination of stretching, massage, myofascial, craniosacral and visceral manipulation.
